This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed through the VgnezdiSe website and the VgnezdiSe mobile application on iOS and Android, including pages that link to this policy.

Apple, Google, Supabase, RevenueCat, and Google Maps process some information under their own policies. We name them below where they handle data for VgnezdiSe.

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect or receive the following categories of information:

Account and profile information: name, email address, phone number if you add one, and agency affiliation. You can create an account with email and password, Sign in with Google, or Sign in with Apple. Accounts are stored with Supabase.

Property and listing-related content: descriptions, photos, pricing, availability, location data at a level you choose to provide, and communications related to listings.

Contact and support information: messages you send via contact forms, email, or in-app support channels, including metadata necessary to respond (such as timestamps).

Usage and device information: app and website interactions, log data, IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, language settings, crash diagnostics, and performance metrics.

Location information: on the website, approximate location may be derived from your IP address. In the app, precise location is used for map discovery only after you allow it. Address search uses Google Maps.

Favourites, searches, and preferences: saved properties, filters, alerts, and similar preference data to personalize your experience.

Photos: listing photos and profile photos from your camera or photo library, only after you allow that access. Photos are stored with Supabase.

Payments: agency plans (monthly, 6-month, and yearly) and one-time listing and promotion purchases are charged by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Product ids are agency_monthly, agency_6_month, agency_yearly, listing_weekly, listing_monthly, promotion_weekly, and promotion_monthly. Card numbers stay with Apple or Google. RevenueCat receives your Supabase user id so the purchase can be attached to your account. We store purchase status, not card numbers.

Information from agencies and professionals: business contact details, license information where relevant, and team membership data for agency accounts.

We use personal information for purposes that may include:

Providing and improving the Services, including search, maps, favourites, listings, chats, agent and agency profiles, and sign-in.

Communicating with you about updates, security notices, support responses, and (where permitted) marketing related to VgnezdiSe.

Personalizing content and recommendations based on your activity, saved items, and stated preferences.

Measuring usage, troubleshooting issues, performing analytics, and developing new features.

We also use hosting and email to run this website and answer support mail.

We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is required to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or respond to government requests.

If we reorganize, merge, or sell assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate protections and notice where required.

We do not sell your personal data for money.
