Terms of Use

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Additional terms may apply to specific features (for example, paid subscriptions or agency tools). If there is a conflict, the additional terms govern for that feature.

VgnezdiSe provides tools and information related to real estate discovery, including property search, map exploration, favourites, listings, and agent-related features as described in product materials.

The marketing website is informational and promotional. Certain features referenced on the site may be available only in the mobile application, may be labeled “coming soon”, or may change before launch. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will be released on a specific timeline.

The Services are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, tax, financial, or otherwise). Listings and estimates may contain inaccuracies; you should independently verify material facts before making decisions.

If we offer accounts, you agree to provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account except where our negligence causes unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not interfere with the Services, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the Services in violation of our rules or applicable law, or circumvent technical limitations.

You will not upload malware, send spam, harass others, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or collect personal information from users without proper legal basis and transparency.

Without limitation, you must not:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or agent information.

Use the Services to discriminate unlawfully or to violate fair housing and anti-discrimination laws.

Infringe intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.

Use automated means to access the Services in a way that imposes unreasonable load or competes with the Services in violation of these Terms.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

If you submit content (such as listing descriptions, photos, reviews, or messages), you represent you have the rights to submit it. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, modify (for formatting and display), distribute, and otherwise use such content to operate, promote, and improve the Services, subject to your privacy choices and applicable law.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, appears unlawful, or creates risk. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so to protect users and comply with law.

The Services, including branding, logos, software, text, graphics, and overall design, are owned by VgnezdiSe or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

“VgnezdiSe” and related marks are trademarks. You may not use them without prior written permission, except for nominative fair use that does not suggest endorsement.

The Services may link to third-party websites, map providers, analytics tools, or payment processors. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that listings are accurate, complete, or current.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VGNEZDISE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100), IF NO FEES WERE PAID.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VgnezdiSe and its affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

Courts and arbitration: the exclusive venue and dispute resolution mechanism (for example, courts vs. binding arbitration) should be finalized by the operator with legal counsel. Until confirmed, any disputes may be brought in competent courts as permitted by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate (for example, in-app notification or email). Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires explicit consent.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for conduct that violates these Terms, creates risk, or for operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VgnezdiSe regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements on the subject matter.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, or joint venture between you and VgnezdiSe.
